My Story
There I was—years past a devastating, unexpected divorce after 15 years of marriage. Diagnosed with major depression. My career confidence shattered. Overweight, binge drinking, and stuck in failed relationships. Friends, family, even my therapist—everyone was at a loss. In my mind, everything felt hopeless. I clung to that darkness.
Then something changed...
I don’t know exactly why or how, but suddenly I saw that all my problems were within my control. The only way forward was self-reliance. For the first time, the road ahead was clear.
From that moment on, everything shifted. I quit drinking. I lost 35 pounds in months. I landed a new job and started breaking sales records. I found a solid relationship, remarried, and built a wonderful blended family.
That transformation happened in less than a year. Since then, my mission has been clear: help others build the life they’ve always dreamed of—because I know it’s possible. Nothing fulfills me more than seeing my clients surpass goals they once thought unreachable.
